Thank you a lot for the great session. As the first company-wide session discussing LGBTQ+ inclusion, it was essential to be accessible, informative, and engaging to everyone attending, regardless of their culture, background, or knowledge of LGBTQ+ topics. And judging from the multiple follow-up conversations opened after the session, from our colleagues up to the C-level staff, it succeeded on every account. Our colleagues shared that they walked away from that session with new knowledge that they could think about and apply, not only here at work, but throughout their daily lives.

I want to commend the approachable language you used and how you, as a speaker, ensured that everyone felt secure to participate in the conversation. Your openness and inclusive tactics created a safe environment where employees who, at times, can be on the quiet side felt empowered to speak up, ask questions, and engage with each other to produce conversations and actions that we know will result in impactful changes.
